| Here goes.. this has been something ive been wanting to start for ages but life can sometimes get in the way.. this is a link to what id like to acheive.. http://www.benzilla.com/uploads/2009/03/tintin.jpgive chosen a cherilea plane (thanks wolfie Mark) as my starting point and did a fair bit of cutting.. then i popped top part back on.. next i cut out some plastic rear fins snd roughly attached for show.. then i patched up the sides and filled.. more to follow as time permits, thanks for looking _________________ | |

| I'm often in two minds about projects like this and a few Land Rover projects on here. One the one hand it's sacrilege to cut up a vintage vehicle (unless it's broken), but on the other hand I'm interested to see what it looks like at the end of the process. It's looking good so far so I'll keep watching! _________________ | |

| Thanks again guys. Means a lot! Pete I see where you are coming from about hacking up vintage vehicles for the sake of a custom but it's only a cherilea plane, vintage but not really much else going for it! (Horribly underscale) it was donated to me for this project in a poor state and I want to breath new life into it in a new way. Fingers crossed it works out! _________________ | |
