I finally got my hands on a Scout Car, if i am honest i cant remember 100% if i had one of these as a kid so when one came up at a silly price i took it. It was covered in mud inside and out and i reckon been i a shed for years. I cleaned it up and dropped a basic soldier in (don't have a Armoured Commander) and it looks like its come up ok. Just need to put some stickers on now.

That cleaned up great. I would love ones of these, you scored well.

I certainly had one when I was a kid and I think it came with a tank commander uniform. I could be making that up but does anyone know if these where ever sold with a uniform included. Come to think of it mine didn't have the spare wheel. Are there different ones.

You have Cleaned up the Scout Car very well, when a iterm cames up on Ebay and you just have to own it, paying a silly price is not silly to pay for something you really want Very Happy.

I love the scout car, yours look great mate, never had one as a kid, finally managed to get one a few years ago. One of the most under rated VAM vehicles and virtually indestructible.
