BOXED HELICOPTER PILOT 1977

1977 saw a new Helicopter Pilot Box too and apart from just the addition of an eagle eyed figure they also now took away the stickers from his helmet and printed the same design directly onto its surface.

Did the boxes change with the introduction of the hybrid figure ? I wracking my brains here my last action man was a eagle eye helicopter pilot hybrid body but for the life of I can't remember what box it came in or whether it stated eagle eye on it.

The helicopter pilot was released with the hybrid figure in the first issue box and had fixed eyes. They later used a sticker over the original 1st issue box when they released the EE head. They then changed it to the 2nd issue box where they started printing the decals on the helmet but they were still using the hybrid figure with EE.

The next change of box came with the Dynamic physique figures but be patient young padawan
