| Ian, you should hang your astronaut from the ceiling above your bed, it's where I keep one of mine, it's been there for about 7 years, it's nearly time to bring it down for a clean again.

| My Aquanaut, made from 100% Vintage parts, of varying origins within the Palitoy/Hasbro Family. Recently repainted. The Lips and scar look a little intense to me, I may try to soften them. And his new hair paint seems to still be sticky. The Beginnings of my "Four Vintage Figures, Four Hair Colors, Four Services" Set. With repro boxes and mostly repro paperwork. Repainted eyebrows on my Action Soldier. The only vintage paperwork I have, is given to the Action Soldier. The Action Sailor is also freshly repainted, I decided to paint all of his hair, as I quite like the color it is when it's dry. Just straight Skrag Brown. Looks brand new. The Pilot is still a work in progress, I tried repainting his hair, but I didn't like the dry color of the Zamesi Desert, so I will have to do a mix. Capt. Shepard had his eyebrows repainted, which was a point of criticism from several of you. Commander MacBeth also had his eyebrows repainted. As did Georgie Sheridan. And Cliff 2.0. That's all for now.

| Nice paint work Ian . The paint may still need to harden and maybe a matt varnish to seal it. Top marks mate! lovely figures indeed | |

| Part one of my Adventure Team: The 1970's Crew. Land Adventurer - one of my first truly vintage figures, bought at a flea market years ago. He was only recently completed to the point where I was happy with him. Only things not vintage are the shoulder holster, revolver, and the sticker. Sea Adventurer - Probably my favorite. A comparatively recent addition. Same repro gear as the Landy. Man of Action - My first vintage-style figure, a Timeless Collection figure, albeit heavily modified (New hands, new flock, repainted). Custom uniform from Joe40 soldier fatigues, and a vintage rifle with a Cotswold strap. Air Adventurer - A Walmart guy, refurbished to look better (new hair, new paint), swapped out the jumpsuit for a Timeless one, and short boots. Added a GIJCC Rifle. Adventurer - Another recent addition, came in with the Sea Adventurer. He's wearing the uniform that originally came on my AT Commander. Repro Dog Tag, shoulder holster, revolver, and sticker. Astronaut - 100% Custom figure, made from a Timeless figure, with a Timeless Dog Tag, and a Cotswold jumpsuit and boots. The Atomic Man - The incentive figure for the GI Joe club in 2016. Finished out with a vintage shirt and Timeless Aussie shorts. The figure features a new headsculpt, and an LED Blinking eye. (Mine no longer works ) Adventure Team Commander I - The other figure that came out of that flea market that I got the Landy out of. This figure is a constant work in progress. Cotswold right arm and hand, reflocked, repainted, replacement pull string. Still needs a little work on the voice box, and matching trousers. AT Commander II - A GIJCC Incentive figure from years past, I got this figure for my 18th birthday. The Club had him on a big blowout sale. | |

| SUITS LAND AT AY HQ!After a month, my suits from China have finally arrived. Slow boat indeed. My MOA (Joe) takes the tan suit, figuring it will pair nicely with his vintage Secret Agent trench coat, and he was right. The tan suit also has a red bow-tie, which isn't pictured. Church takes the black suit, feeling Bond-ish. It fits him a little snug, I don't know if the two suits have a variance in their manufacture, or if the VAM40 torso is just a little more beefy than the TC Joe, I shall investigate later. Anyway, I like them a lot, and will get good use out of them. Just wish I had a Walther PPK for Church, that Beretta is only suitable for a lady's handbag. | |

| Possibly getting a Cherilea Motorcycle and sidecar. After expressing interest in Scott's FB post, a fellow offered his for 20 USD, and then of course shipping. Total 40 USD, seems OK. Looks in good nick, right? I think so. Photos from the guy on FB. | |

| The plastic seems to be in really nice condition, but I noticed it's missing quite a few parts: the seat cover, the gun, the flag and antenna, and the brown box from the right-hand side of the side car. I've seen some cheaper on fleabay, but there's never any guarantee with those sellers, so this seems like a reasonable deal. I think you'll really like it – it's one of my favorite vehicles! | |

| Brynn Lewis, sent as a spare head from Reddragon with a new 40th Body for MacBeth. I did a couple body swaps (MacBeth's head onto the 40th body, Knight's head onto MacBeth's body, and this new spare head (Lewis) onto Knight's body), and with a couple uniform changes in a trial and error fashion, I have settled on the following. He's the Welshman of AYHQ. Also bitter and jaded, "the lone tanker," and gruff at times. A-1 mechanic, perfect artillery spotter. | |
