I sold one last yr walter , not overly common here & yet not rare either. Mine went for just under £30 vgc.

Thanks guys...Ok cool Ade...The yellow Gi Joe ones are still pretty common to find here in the States...Dal and Jim...I have not bought it yet...It is an auction...I bid Bidding started at $45.00..Blue it sure would be nice to find a boxed one...This AM Copter is only the second one that I have seen here on US Ebay...We will see ...Hope the bid doesn't go crazy....Cheers Walter

God luck Walter hope you get it. I want to get the assault heli some time and a boxed one would be really fab. I had one as a kid with the winch and also the rotating blades and I agree i think it's one of the beat AM vehicles.

One thing to note. The ones that come up on eBay often have broken skids or missing tail pieces. Ghost Recons (Ade's) was invert good condition like this one seems to be. Let us know if you win it mate.

Thanks Mark...I hope that you can get what you want soon...I remember when I got my GI Joe Search For The Stolen Idol back in the early Seventies...Man Christmas was really cool back then..I wrote the seller tonight...There are two flaws with the copter...The black blade rotor is held together with twist ties.I can't see it in the pic..He said that it has something to do with the hub tension springs...Sounds like an easy fix...I hope...The other is a broken tab on the body bottom...I don't mind that...Bid is at $51 five days to go...Fingers Crossed.....WalterVAM Helicopter %24%28KGrHqJHJFcFD2%291dE2WBR%21Wdu6SWQ%7E%7E60_57VAM Helicopter %24T2eC16FHJF0E9nmFQU%2CmBR%21Wd5kSHw%7E%7E60_57

Looks good Walter; and ... the tail is complete.

If I'm allowed to give some advice :
Ask a pic from
-the bottom : there should be a whinch and hook + the landing base is not always complete !
-the inside : is display sticker and lever present ?
-windowscreen : no parts broken of ?

hello all,I wrote the seller and he got back to me this morning..>The windshield is mint,the control stick is present the panel is missing the decal...But that is ok I have to order a set from Patches of pride for my Joe copter...I can use the decal from that set>>>The winch is present but is missing the rope and hook...I may have an extra set...Bid still holding steady...Walter
