Willie, along with another man, were both handcuffed to their chairs. He had met the other guy whilst out walking. His thoughts were racing; why were they here and who had taken them prisoner?
Guarding them were two of Gangrene’s henchmen.
Captan Bludd walks into the room looking at Willie and the other man.
In a menacing voice he introduces himself. “I am Captain Bludd and I am the main man in command of Gangrene’s henchmen. I’ve only two questions for the both of you and they are, one, what are your names and, two, why were you both trespassing on Gangrene’s property?” Willie speaks very clearly and says, “My name is Willi B Back and this is someone I met whilst we were out walking. We had never met each other before and, you know how it is, we got chatting. Neither of us realised we had wandered onto private property because we were so engrossed in our conversation. We honestly didn’t know that we were trespassing on this guy’s property. What did you say his name was, “Gangrene”. I’m more than happy to meet your boss in person and explain exactly all of this to him again and apologise to him most profusely.”
“Very well then, I will return with my boss Professor Gangrene”
Professor Gangrene enters the room. “Greetings gentlemen. My name is Professor Gangrene, I want to know the truth. And I will know if you are lying. Why were you walking on my property?”
Willie repeats to Gangrene exactly what he had said to Captain Bludd. “If you don’t believe us check my rucksack. One of your henchmen took it from me. You won’t find anything suspicious or any weapons in it.”
“Captain Bludd go and have one of our men go though this gentlemen’s rucksack. Get him to report back to me immediately.”
“Yes sir, Professor Gangrene, I’ll go straight away”
The henchmen returns with Willie’s rucksack and says, “I have searched the rucksack from top to bottom thoroughly. I also turned it inside out and definitely cannot find any weapons or anything remotely suspicious sir. It’s all stuff you would require to take with you if you were walking in the outdoors.” The henchmen dropped the backpack and left the room.
“Captain Bludd, it would appear that this gentleman, Willie, is 100% genuine. I believe him when he says that he was simply out walking when he accidentally strayed onto my property. He is also not carrying anything dangerous or suspicious on his person or in his rucksack so set them both free and they can be on their merry way.”
As Gangrene walks away he says to the two men, “If I catch either of you on my property again, be warned you will end up dead and that’s a promise gentlemen.”
Willie and his new walking friend are both un-cuffed. They leave the room without a backward glance and both sigh with relief that they are alive and unharmed.
