In chat, I promised I would post the Dragon Toys Winona figure.
But I got side-tracked with posts of the Max Steel villains.
So here is the Winona figure. She is packaged as an NYPD sniper.
She is a molded hair figure.

Particularly in the belt.
The pouch on the left has her radio, the next has a pair of handcuffs (non-operational) and the next a flashlight.
On her left side is a nice touch, a set of keys on a carabiner.

She comes with a rifle bag, which is cool. It has velcro tabs inside to hold the rifle, but also two zippered pouches on the front to hold other accessories.
And how it looks as she is carrying it. Which also shows the shoulder strap.
My only concern about the figure is that out of the box, it seems a bit "floppy." it seems to be a bit "loose" in construction.
Maybe why it was so cheap years ago? I used to see it selling for a very low price back in the day.
Anyway, I have a CY Girl AJ McLeod figure I got in December that I haven't opened yet. And a Joe K9 set that I found that I forgot I had. I figure the three of them will make a good police force. Although I don't do civilian figures in my 1/6 world. At least not yet anyway.

Thanks for sharing and your thoughts with us on your Winona. I’m really liking each and simple photograph you’ve taken of showing her off to us. Wow she’s carrying quite a bit of equipment on her. I’m liking her head sculpt.

She is a pretty cool figure. I really like the rifle as that could be used to stand in for a civilian type rifle in an Advrnture Team style kitbash!

Thank you LeStryge!
When this figure first came out, it was during the height of the CY Girls craze. I remember people were parting her out on ebay, selling the figure, uniform and accessories separately.
Last December a seller posted the AJ McLeod figure, and only one other person bid on her besides myself. I won her for $25. I was greatly surprised, as the CY Girls used to sell for about $80. The seller had her listed along with a lot of Barbies from her collection.
She told me she had two other CY Girls that she was planning on selling. One was a CY Girl, I believe she was called Shadow. A ninja type figure that I wasn't interested in. She later sent me a message that the other was Winona.
Since AJ was a police officer, and I had recently found that I had a Joe police K-9 figure that I had forgotten about, I told her I was interested. She posted it for $25 and I sent her an offer for $20. Since she wasn't a CY Girl like she said.
After the third listing I put in the starting bid. Nobody else bid, so I got her for about the same price.
The uniform and accessories are better than the body. Out of the box she seems a bit "loose" or "floppy" as she doesn't exactly pose well.
I'm not sure if getting another body would work, as this one is a bit on the small side.
But I think she will go well with the AJ I got (which I need to de-box and take photos of) and the Joe officer I have. But she is NYPD, AJ is LAPD and the Joe doesn't have any particular affiliation to any department.
Oh well.
But you are right, she does have some nice accessories!

Hey Daryl, I saw her over a decade ago when I was doing My kit-bashes searching for the best females. Yes, those days of CY Girls where great and sometimes I wonder what happen to those years and how it all changed I didn't get her but she is a beauty and has a great arsenal of stuff. BBI she knew how to make a classic female physique
Your pics are really good and you showcased her rather well Daryl visually and description
