Many thanks mate, I am really pleased that you like it. It was a lot of fun to do, and with help from zulu1 and others it is very a rewarding project to try, I would recommend for anyone to try them selves, its fun   

I just love this piece....the more I look the more I am tempted to convert my damaged Geyperman Jeep.

The only thing holding me back is the fact that its a Geyperman Jeep, I will likely never find another one, so I keep thinking I need to keep it original. I am really hoping to find a beaten up Land Rover that I can do this to.

oh I agree then, I thought we were talking about an old land rover like mine. Yeah, see if you can find an old battered one mate, that way, if it goes wrong, it won't really matter

I've just stumbled upon this post to catch up on what's been happening to this Landy project... It's a "Smashing" turnaround for sure, Dal!!!!!
A great rescue from the dead!      

The comic strip on how you achieved this excellent result is as always "brilliant!" great photo effects and text!! I really enjoy other forum members comic strips!   

I bet those seats are hard going on the old rear end when they're offroading! Some small cushions attached with velco strips (glued in place) might be a good idea!
