| I've been stocking up on some shades of paint for a time now. I'm looking to re-paint old Fuzz heads and give them complimentary vintage shades, just for a different look. Here's my first salvage. The paint is Citadel Bestial Brown. This is the first coat. | |

I might have a go at painting a balding fuzz head too.

| That's a great alternative to a re-flock, I might consider it myself for a couple of my heads... _________________ RalphMe? Well, I live life vicariously! My Action Man? Well, he lives life victoriously! See my photos @ Flickr | |

| A progress report, here are the heads as they stand. In the left hand picture both extreme L and R heads are going to be Man of Asia type heads. Tried some of the dryer ones loosely on a figure.

The grippers are Cots, I'm painting them an Asian skin tone to match the tone on the MoA head. I promised red dragon a re-paint so this head and hands will be winging it's way to him, he has plans for it........ooh! After these I'm going to attempt an EE Man of Asia...which will be a trickier job......wish me some luck! Thank you all for the encouragement.......it is appreciated!

| BB, are the skin tones painted too? I have some ph's with designer felt tip beards which are too much for zit cream. Can these be repainted? | |

You're starting to post again Z?....welcome back. Yes! If you look at the group shot to the left the central blonde is a full re-paint as are the ones extreme L and R...these will have an Asian re-paint. The key to doing this is the dullcote, painting a layer....coat......paint ....coat...till it looks right. First attempt a while ago....White/Silver. Previous re-paints.
