Fantastic work Dal, definitely looks suitably cluttered and so realistic!
But, it's got me wondering what else you want to add and where could you fit it in?
Many thans Bri , I still need y=to add in the skirting boards, coving for the ceiling and maybe a few more odds and ends on the walls, then of course there is the extension part to the study that is far from finished yet.

Are all your little things glued down? If not any dusting however gentle will obviously knock them of and scatter them. Or become very laborious task as they each have to be removed and replaced one by one? Doors/curtains/shutters would be a lot easier?

Know what? A simple piece of fabric stabled across the top you can flap up and pull down might save a lot of work? Just a suggestion.......and those phicens never looked like they were ever ones for "domestic" duties anyway.

Okay so its been a while for an update, the reason? well I haven't really had the time to carry on with the main study or the annex. However, today I couldn't resist snapping a few shots of Lola in the annex.

many thanks Dave! It's getting there slowly. I did the lighting with a single 40W bulb and some editing

Blimey, it's been a while since i was last in here .
So, I finally decided to upgrade Jake's photocopied books cases in the study to a more physical version. I found some really cool small units in a stationary store of all places which work really well as book cases. The next problem was filling them! After lots of searching the internet for an idea I had for a note book, I found loads of journal pages, from films and games. Using comiclife I created a system for creating pages in a book.
I cut out the pages.
Then folded them into their pages,
Then glued the back of the pages,
Then glued them into a cover,
Anyone wanting to make their own, just print these pages off at A4. They are perfectly sized.
I really didn't want to make all the books for the book cases with readable pages, so I went looking for covers,
Again, just print these off at A4, they are already perfectly sized. I cut down blank paper to the inner size of the book covers. Note, to give them a bit more stability, using cereal box type cardboard, I made inner covers and spines. Once they are together, they look like this,
Then they look great on a unit,
I probably made close, or over 300 books to fill Jake's book cases. Here they are refitted in the study

Wow you probably made close, or over 300 books to fill Jake's book cases that’s just booktastic Dal. The old fashioned bookcases with the old fashioned books really really fit in well with Jake’s study. Thanks for sharing how to create the books and their pages themselves. Very helpful and useful for other members here if they fancy giving their figures a go at making their own books.

Amazing looking bookcases with books. Very nice ; Along with the with removable books. And you must of had sore fingers after cutting out so many books. . Loads of interesting looking books in the bookcases. They look very fitting in the study.

. . . But does Jake have a copy of 'Fly fishing' by J R Hartley?
Talk about dedication. You really went above and beyond making 300+ books but the book case looks amazing!
