Although she was a top ranking competitor in the annual British Grand Prix Motorcycle Championships, she sought even more adventure and joined the S.A.F. (Special Action Force.) Their Z Force infantry, armor and artillery unit gave her new challenges as well as unlimited access to high speed vehicles. She graduated at the top of her class in undercover ops school and advanced unarmed combat school. Although normally passive, she has the reflexes to explode into violent action at any moment. her signature weapons include a modified crossbow, throwing stars (shurikens) and Chinese butterfly knives (dao). Quarrel is a daredevil on any motorcycle in the Z Force motor pool and always finds a way to use that to her advantage. She has been assigned a mission to investigate the reports of an eerie glow emanating from a closed factory, where unusual industrial manufacturing can be heard throughout the night. The figure was a repaint of the US Scarlett (1983). Released in 1984, Quarrel was the Action Force Z Force RAM Driver (repaint of the US Release RAM).

Wow! Cool photos! Nice lighting, suggesting a location deep in the jungle with a heavy foliage canopy filtering out most of the light! Spooky and atmospheric!
Nice vehicles, and they are used well in these scenes as accessories to illustrate the characters.
There's a lot of fun to be had with the "little guys." And they take up a lot less space!
Do you remember Jay & Shane aka DudesnBots on Flickr? They did a long-running photo-story on Flickr, spanning over nine years, using 3-3/4 inch Joe figures. I'm not sure what happened to them. They slowed down their posting rate, and then went silent. It's been four years this month since they last posted to Flickr.
I find the 3-3/4 inch figures, I suppose because they were designed to be durable as kids' toys, to be easier to work with than the 1/12 scale TBLeague figures.
Anyway, these settings and pics look really cool. I take it the backstories are based on the original character bios from Hasbro?

Thanks Dave! I've had these figures for a while, just never got around to doing any pics with them

The "B Team" is back in action!
New pics?
What inspired you to bring out the little guys for some adventure?

Nice shots which add a different scale to your background props!

Cheers Dave! I took these the same day I did the Ta-Shia shots. I already had the scene set up, so I went for it .

Thanks Barry! Yeah, as I posted above the scene was already set up for a 1/6 shoot, but the scene changed when I swapped out the scale. It is easier creating larger scale scenes for the little guys, but I do prefer 1/6 scale .

1/6 all the way for me as well Dal...but these pics are great. My lads loved 1/18 scale Joe and the Lanard corps brand. Trouble with 1/6 is physical space ..I can see why Dolls houses are 1/12 th or 1/24th scale Keep these pics coming

I/6 is truly monstrous when you try to store anything, but certainly less fiddly to construct. I am now reduced to destroying some of the sets I've made due to the room they take up.

But... you have an entire studio space now!

Yes indeed, but 1/6 is not my only interest and having sets stashed up against the wall or in a pile on the floor just gets in the way. That studio is not equipped with huge storage cabinets with doors. I have utilised a space under a staircase, but it seems to be filled with boxes of 1/6 scale men and all their props. I DEFINITELY need to "prune", ......and yet I continue to buy! Lost cause I'm afraid.
Of course the irony is I was looking for a hobby that took up less space. Build things in miniature....right? Miniature = less space...yes? HA bloody HA!!!

Great action shots with Scarlett and The Baroness! Bright and colorful, like the original animated episodes, with over the top action! I can almost hear the rapid gunfire and revving engines!

Picked up another G.I.Joe figure with some birthday cash, "Chuckles" he is described as an undercover agent. I also picked up this die cast 1/18 scale Rubicon jeep.

Chuckles the undercover agent spots a DINOSAUR which is very rare seeing in Dinosaur Valley lol. Brilliant pictures by the way.

The Jeep works brilliantly with the Joe fig!
Great use of perspective to create a sense of depth and distance in the Valley setting... and to bring the dinosaurs to life!

I know I was meant to be looking at the figures but I got distracted by the depth of the pics! The background looks miles away...Talk about optical delusion! Great work Dal!

Cheers Dave, I found the jeep on ebay. It was sold as 1/18 scale, so it is very close in scale. Pleased you enjoyed the pics .
