Jumper has gone I found some....well I'm not sure what it is...some kind of material strip. I bought it years ago so I can't remember where from or why Anyway I used a couple of pieces as scarves and I like the look. So I'm on the hunt for some more.
Found it. Apparently it's for book binding. And it comes in a huge number of colours

You're managing to make those MAM blokes look genuinely rugged! Nice work!

Dave in truth it’s not really that hard to make MAM look rugged .

As I mentioned on chat. He was originally a buzz lightyear figure. He will be repainted as something very different.

I've been picking up flocked MAM over the last few months. Both units are still a WIP, but here they are so far. Eight MAM and a Chad valley fella

I love seeing these teams of figures , hard to put together , trust me I know , but they loos so good in the same uniforms and kit . I really dig your MAM`s with the beards , it really suits them . I would demote that Chad valley dude and get another MAM in his place .

Thanks fellas
The Chad valley fella is just a place holder, but shhhh don't tell him As soon as I have a suitable MAM he will be replaced. I wanted 5 desert troopers, but I gave my grandson a Chad valley figure in the other desert uni in the hopes it would spark an interest in action figures. It hasn't...well he is only 2 and I'm down a uniform, but I will find one somewhere. The stuff I use for scarves arrived today. I kitted out the remaining urban troopers and I'm so impressed with the result that I'm going to order some more in a different colour for the desert troopers.

Bald-headed chap is out of place among all those long-haired hippies!
But flock his beard and he'd be the baddest of the bunch!

Hi Chris , This guy looks really cool... The black boots look good enough though. Brown Vam Africa korps boots would match the brown shoulder holster and the brown belt with sporran to the side. I wouldn't worry to much about a sporran , As the Sporran we see today worn at the front of the kilt, is a modern thing. Originally it was worn to the side of the kilt. As someone who has worn the kilt too many times that I can't remember. Black boots work well As do brown. And I even wore Nike trainers in my younger days. And still would today , should an occasion arise. And off course bare feet when abroad on a beach. I'll speak to you soon Chris. Very kind regards , Allan
