1/6th Messerschmitt BF 109E-3 build

The Medal Ceremony:-
After a hot maiden flight and destroying a main supply railway bridge, Pilot Officer Erich Hartman is awarded the Iron cross for bravery under relentless enimy machine gun fire, his loyal engineer groundcrew fitter Frederick (Fritz) Baumann is also awarded this medal for his bravery and continuous unwavering effort in working around the clock, and through terrifying enemy bombing and air attacks to that led to the succesful mission being carried out..





For Gallentry over the sky's of Europe, this Iron cross goes to our Flying Ace Baron Erich Hartman..



Vell done Von Hartman your courage is unreserved



Und for the gallent groundcrew whom without his great effort and determination under relentless enemy bomming
I award zee Iron cross to Engineer Frederick (Fritz) Bauman for his determination and loyalty to zee Fartherland..



Fur outstanding loyalty and bravery giving his all for the war effort, I award zis Iron Cross



Well done 'Fritz' your efforts were outstanding..



Wearing their well deserved medals with pride, the two men savour their moment
