My First Dio.....at last lol

I've been meaning to build a dio for at least a year,  but now I actually have room.
So spured on by Dal's superb study build..I though I had better get on with it

Here's where its going.


And this is the start of the framework.  There will be a permanent dio on the bottom with the facility to put a lid on so that I can then create temporary dios on top. It sounds complicated,  but hopefully it will make sense once I have got a bit further.

It's no big secret. The plan for the permanent dio is an office/ study.

Well of course as you will no doubt realise, standards here on AMMO are high, but I'm very sure you will rise to the task!

Bought these from a charity shop today. Haven't got a clue what I'm going to do with them yet, but Dal says they come in handy.

Oh, great finds! I need to be hitting more yard sales and charity/thrift shops!

New and higher walls added. Plus the wallpaper went on today. Although it's much shinier than I was expecting...hopefully not too shiny

looking good Chris, you might find once you start adding things, like skirting, picture frames and furniture it will calm the shiny walls down a bit
